The Montana Housing Division is a state housing finance agency for Montana.  This agency delivers a variety of homebuyer assistance programs throughout the state.

As a State Housing Finance Agency (HFA), Montana Housing Division, offers first-time homebuyers:

  • Downpayment Assistance Programs
  • A network of mortgage lenders
  • And More
